Polywood tent

We are loving the new 10'x20' tent for outdoor display inside.
We can now set the table for a pretty garden party without worrying about our linens blowing away.
Currently the inside display features the three new polywood colors.  They have a woodgrain making it look even more like wooden furniture...but with the quality and durability of poly.
The new product of the year - is this propane fire pit, encased in polywod.
A last minute porch party without the hassle of starting a fire, roast some marshmallows and enjoy the summer evenings on the porch with friends.
We are thoroughly looking forward to putting ours to use this summer.

love living greens.

There is a movement in interior design that involves plants>>>lots of plants.
Since our trip to Thailand and being surrounding by plants (even in the city) impressed the importance and beauty of living plants.
Many designers are bringing in the fiddle leaf fig.
and I get it, this one plant packs a big punch.
Although locally here, I haven't had success locating one that was taller than 2'
(and knowing me, It wouldn't make it too long)
Adding plants to a space literally adds life, the texture and color bring cheer -
not to mention the extra oxygen.
Bringing several plants into a corner in the showroom has me falling in love with the grain of oak wood for the first time in my life.  I grew up with light stained oak everywhere, the trim and ALL the furniture in our house was oak. (Hence, I was weary of it before I ever started working in the showroom)
just look at this...the texture in the plant, oak wood, and the rug
(Jozie Day collection by Magnolia Home)
I'm so excited about this corner in the showroom with a slightly different design aesthetic than we've ever done before.  We are bringing back macrame, plants, and big texture.

Stop on in, and let us know what you think.

Constance Bay Island

The Constance Bay Islands always get a big response. They are the largest collection making them the best for larger spaces.
The over sized turned legs are skillfully crafted and bring lots of character into their spaces.
Often the Constance Bay is paired with a rough sawn top, but to see all your options you can check out this post

This beautiful black Constance Bay Island found a beautiful home at the Dipietro's .  The contrast between the cabinetry and the Island adds a beautiful dimension to the kitchen.
This island was order without a top, and the customer provided their own top to perfectly match the rest of the counters.

There are seven different Island styles from which to choose, in this post we looked at several of the Constance Bay Islands. The other collections are...
-Oceanside
-Roseburg

Check out this blog post to see the different top options available as well.
